THIS WEEK'S INTERCESSIONS

That the Church may always be open to the movement of the spirit and co-operate with God's will for all people.

That the Church may be united in faith, hope and charity and become the visible sign of Christ to the world.

That those who have been hurt or abused by the Church may find healing and strength in the love and compassion of God.

That all those who are struggling in these times of financial and social insecurity may be encouraged by the witness of Christians to a better way of life.

That those who seek to oppress and dominate others, especially in the name of religion, may have a change of heart and seek reconciliation and peace.

That those recently baptised may grow in knowledge and love of God and of his great plan for their lives.

That our own intentions may be heard by our loving Father.
