BISHOP'S SILVER JUBILEE

This weekend (15 January) Bishop Christopher celebrates the Silver Jubilee of his ordination to Episcopal ministry in the Diocese of Plymouth. Please keep him in your prayers.

As we celebrate The Baptism of the Lord this weekend the season of Christmas comes to an end. Some of you will be happier than others about this! Let's pray that as we begin this new year it will be a time of peace and happiness for all people.

This weekend we celebrate the great feast of The Epiphany of the Lord.

The wise men who came from the east to visit the baby Jesus reveal to us that the Son of God was sent for all the peoples and nations of the world. Happy Feast!

And a very Happy New Year to you all. May 2011 be a year of peace and prosperity.
